open work permit

I just have a question regarding open work permit.

I have a closed work permit on the basis of PNP nominee and expire date is Mar 2017.
My PNP(Ontario) category is "International Student with a Job Offer Stream".

I have submitted an application to CIO at last Feb, and am waiting the AOR(File number).

1. If I get the AOR,
Can I apply to get an open work permit instead of closed?
Again, my closed work permit’s expire date is Mar 2017.

2. If I can change to open work permit,
Can I move to another company?
