Hi All,

My spouse has got her study permit for Canada and I have received my visitor permit as well. We plan to travel to Canada in Spetember 2014 for her to start her education there.

My questions is:

1) Can I apply for an open work permit from "INSIDE" Canada?
2) If Yes, can I apply and then travel outside Canada before I actually receive my work permit?
3)What are the processing times for for New Work Permit application made "INSIDE" Canada
