We applied for my PR back in March, inland. Still patiently waiting for AIP. My current work permit (and SIN) expire in March 2014.
We have just found out we are pregnant (YAY!) HOWEVER when looking up maternity leave, I see it can only be paid if yo have a current SIN number.
To get my SIN extended, I need to show them proof of a work permit.
SO - I am sending in an OWP application now to be processed once my Stage 1 is approved.
Questions:

Is the $150 "Work Permit Extension" fee correct?
- Should I enclose a cover letter, or just write on the application / envelope what it is for?
- What address do I send it to?
