Open work permit under MPNP

I got my MPNP october 2015 ,,and i got my open work permit once my podt graduate work permit expired. But that work permit came unrestricted to work for any employer but the employment location states MB resident. I got job offer in a different province now, and my on last stage on my PR under provincial nominee,,,, am i allowed to change the province for work as its still open work permit? please advice

No You are not supposed to change the province as u are nominated by Manitoba and you are suppose to work in that provice, while applying for PR if you are inland applicant.
