Open Work Permit Renewal

My Work Permit (ICT) expires on 10th April. Also my spouse is working having an open work permit which also expires on 10th April 2015. Now I believe my extension process would take time and chances are I may receive my renewed Work permit after 10th April . Under these circumstances how can I apply an Open Work Permit extension for my spouse before her WP expires ? : : : : :'(

1. You would have to include her application for the OWP with your application for an extension of your ICT.

Hi , Thanks for your reply . Problem is my company is not allowing me to process her OWP with my Work Permit . They are just happy to extend her visitor record. Can I apply for her Open work permit extension on my own by providing my Application number details in case I do not receive my work permit before her current open work permit's expiry ?

I am in the same situation as you. My spouse WP is expiring soon and his employer did not permit OWP extension submission along with his application. So I am waiting for his renewal before I can apply for my OWP renewal. Chances are we might not get his WP extension before the expiry date.

Can someone please let us know if there is a way to file for my OWP extension with his application receipt?
