OPEN WORK PERMIT PROCESSING TIME

Hi,

Am graduate student in University of Guelph with valid work permit. My wife came from India as a visitor on July 17. She applied for open work permit on July 27.Her medical test was already done along with visitor visa.Till now the application is in processing state.Any idea how long will it take for getting it approved??

For my friend it took around 35 days.But in my case its been more than that
