hi,

My spouse is currently in India and I am in Canada. I am planning to call him here and start work from here. In order to get his OWP at the port of entry, is it a mandate that I have to accompany him or He can just show my documents and get his OWP.

What is the percentage surety that he'll get his OWP at the port of entry if Spouse holding valid work visa does not accompany him?
