Open work permit from Sweden

Hi,

I need to apply open work permit from Sweden. My wife is already in Canada. And, I would like to know the necessary documents which is needed to apply for open work permit.

1) If she doesn't have a lease aggreement, what is the additional document she needs to provide instead of lease aggreeement. (She currently resides with her brother).

2) What other documents are needed?

Please help me on this?

On what grounds are you applying for an OWP?

1. A lease from her isn't required.

2. Follow the checklist.

In cic site checklist, lease agreement is not given but I could see lots of other posts that it's safer to give lease agreement.

Yes she is on ICT WP from India. She has already traveled there and staying with her brother. Skill type is A being a software engineer. She doesn't have a lease agreement in her name. So, now I am going to apply for a OWP for which I need to know what can be provided instead of lease agreement. Is there any other alternative like a letter stating she is staying with her brother.

Lease agreement isn’t required. You can explain that she is currently residing at her brother’s house. Were you able to sort out the children’s TRVS?

Yes. kids have travelled along with her. Their visa was initiated along with primary applicant. Do we have any specific format for the letter?
