Hey guys, i need an advice. I was recently issued a student visa and i am going to travel to Montreal in few days. My girlfriend also got a Visitor TRV few days ago and after she got the visa we got married.
Can anyone tell me if she is eligible to get an open work permit since we are legally married now? Usually what are the chances to get the work permit since she already has the TRV.
