Hello, again this time for another issue to clarify...
My common-law partner is with me since 1 year now and yet she could not find employment.
Because I was categorized semi-skilled she could not apply for a work permit. Now my situation changed and I work in a skilled position / occupation - so would she be eligible to apply for open work permit? My current work visa expires in April 2014 and I have already 2 letters from my employer stating that since 6 months now I am working in a skilled job.
