Planning to apply for spouse open work permit through paper application but unfortunately after gathering all the forms and make the payment online having the receipt, getting to VAC center i was told they are not taking any application due to the outbreak of Covid 19. Now i have choose to do online application and now i have completed all form but where i am having issue is how will i use the receipt i have from the payment online for the online application because i do not want to pay twice. Please can anyone help me with the way to still use my receipt for the online application. Thanks
