Hi All,
I am currently working in Quebec on a project assignment. I hold a Employer-specific Work Permit, valid till January 2019. My spouse is currently studying in Quebec, and holds a Study Permit, valid till mid-2020. Am I eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit now, considering the fact that I already have a valid Employer-specific Work Permit? If yes, how early will I be eligible to apply?
