open work permit and PR need help

Hello Everyone
I'am in Canada on a visitor visa (3 more months stay). My wife is Canadian national. We got married 3 years before in India and was living there together. This is my first visit to Canada. I want to apply for open work permit and PR. My wife is working here and going to sponsor me. I have few questions

1) Can i apply for open work permit and Permanent Resident together at the same time and how ?
2) Do i need consultant help or i can do it on my own ?
3) How many applications i have to fill. Is there different application for PR and sponsorship and Open work permit ?

Would appreciate your help for providing me answers

Yup. Send the inland application and the OWP together in the same envelope (separate, but in the same package) to CPC-Mississauga.

2) Do i need consultant help or i can do it on my own ?

Nah, save your money. This forum is pretty good -- I have even noted many consultants on this forum asking for advice. Save your money. .

3) How many applications i have to fill. Is there different application for PR and sponsorship and Open work permit ?
