Hi guys,

I'm currently working for a company under PGWP. My company agrees to apply LMIA for me to support my Permanent Residence Application under CEC.

According to my research, my company won't need to pay for the LMIA application fee if they only chose to support my Permanent Residence Application (as I am already working for them). Can someone confirm this as they won't need to apply for a dual intent LMIA?
