Its the main application form for work pernit outside canada....i got rejection yesterday i corrected the concern and reapplied however in the section have u been refused visa or permit i ticked NO instead of YES. I realised thr mistake immediately with n hr after sending the application and sent them a web form with letter of explanation and the corrected form
