I'm getting my paperwork together for the OOPNP and I have a question regarding Document Translations.
I was wondering if I should translate absolutely every document that is not in English, even if it is a supporting document.
For example pay stubs or employment contracts. Should I translate those?
the supporting documents should be translated in English else what is benefit of sending those documents. oinp people only read English or French .
do not take risk. if your application is incomplete without a document then get it translated and attach.

What do you mean by "I should translate" ?. OINP folks will not accept *your* translation. Also, translated document need to be certified & MUST be notarized as well.
As per OINP guide page# 9:

IMPORTANT: DOCUMENT TRANSLATION
If a supporting document is not in English or French, you must provide a copy of the document and a complete, certified translation of the document.
If you are applying from within Ontario, the translations must be completed by a certified translator accredited by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). For more information on certified translators in Ontario, visit http://www.atio.on.ca/
If you are applying from outside Ontario, the translation can be completed by any translator. However, the translation must be notarized. OINP reserves the right to require you to submit translations completed by a certified translator accredited by ATIO if the notarized translation is deemed insufficient by officers assessing the application.
Applications with translations that are not complete, certified or notarized are considered incomplete and will not be processed.
Translations that are completed by the applicant, the applicant’s representative, or other individuals with personal ties to the applicant are not acceptable in any case even if these individuals are certified translators.

I'm not doing the translations myself, I have an official translator doing this for me, sorry for the confusion.
I thought that perhaps supporting documents like pay stubs or employment contracts didn't need to be translated, as opposed to official requested documents like Birth Certificate.
Translations are very expensive around here that's why I was asking :-X
