For your second question, it doesn't matter if you are not yet a professional eng. You will do this later here. That was my case and I got nominated.

Wildemam (or anyone who did it), should I say No or Not Applicable to the question "If you intend to work in an occupation that requires licensing in Ontario, do you have a certificate of qualification issued by a provincial or territorial body?"
