Hi, I have a question and I am super confused because I am getting mix answers from the internet. I am working as a tech support in Ontario since last 6 months. I saw that sometimes my job title comes in Ontario tech draw and sometimes it doesn't. I am thinking of moving to Alberta as it has tech draw where my title always comes. The issue is, I saw that for Alberta, I need 12 months of job experience in Alberta(means my 6 months Ontario experience doesn't count). My CRS score is 465. I am now not sure whether I should stay in Ontario or move to Alberta. I am super confused and don't know what to do. Can anyone suggests which way is better for PR?

1. OINP - Have you checked the OINP tech draws with scores? What stream? Do you have a job offer and employer willing to support your nomination?
2. What stream in Alberta? EE-AINP - because NOC and CRS score must be selected. Again check their draws. If you don’t have an eligible employer who is willing to give you job offer then what will you do.
There is not easy way to get PR but I would not move unless you fully understand the AINP process and have a job. If you want to increase your score, learn French.

Thanks so much for the reply.
1. I have seen tech draws in Ontario. The score range is between 465-485. But my job title doesn't always comes in the tech draw. I have a job in Ontario but for Alberta I have to find one. Do I need my employer nomination? Can I apply for PR(PMP) without the employer nomination?
2. For Alberta, I was interested in Alberta Express Entry Stream - Accelerated Tech pathway but yes i have to find the job before that.
French is good suggestion.
My confusion is, should I even try to look for a job in Alberta or should I just stay in Ontario?
