Hi,
So I received the NOI from Ontario but when I started filling up the form I see when I select 3-year diploma as highest education I get a message saying:
'To qualify under the Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must have a Canadian Bachelor's degree or higher, or its equivalent.'
My question is if there is anyone who received the Nomination and had 3 years diploma under Human Capital Priorities Stream.

Does tech draw needs any minimum CRS score ?
