Does anyone know how to apply for the Ontario Immigration Nomination Program ? What I mean is, as a candidate can I apply myself when my profile is in the express entry pool ? Or will the nomination be initiated by OINP ? I still have to appear for my IELTS but my predicted CRS score is gonna be somewhere around 425.

Guessing OINP will be my only hope ?
