Should I make my wife as primary applicant as she has bachelors in electronics and communications and having 3 years exp and crs is 360

Would she get pnp in Ontario as it’s in their NOC

she has low band in ielts that’s why

Or I should be main applicant with around 400?

Not sure. Generally they need 420-430 CRS.

I’ve been asking everywhere with no answer for a couple of days.
Maybe you can answer my questions.

Our crs score is less than 400 / IT NOC,
Ielts is okay everything fine except our crs score.
Can we apply paper based Oinp??
(We are not in Canada)

You cannot apply to OInP you have to create a EE profile, OINP picks from the EE list and sends you an NoI, after you receive an NoI you can then apply.
Don’t ask me what criteria do select EE profiles on because these details are not very transparently available from them

Yes but unfortunately our crs score is very low (360)
Ontario asks for 400+
My question: is it possible to apply for a nomination paper based to any province from outside Canada ?

Aaaa so you are adobe people ..
I dont know much about other provinces PNP requirements, I suggest you will have to go through each check in the forum as well on them..
However this brings me to the topic of your CRS score of 360. Can you share with us, what points are you getting for your age/educations/language/adaptability etc... I am wondering if you are selecting the right options as well..
Also plz share with us whats your language score(each section), education for you and spouse, age etc

I think thats all of it.
Our language scores suck and even if we try again it’s still going to be less than 400.

I almost read 80 as your age first (sorry for that)...
IELTS, how did you manage such a low score? something does not look right in there...are you manually calculating it or using any tool ? would like to know whats your score in each module...
