Start going through the Application guide available in the following page
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html

and fill out the applicable forms and start preparing the documents

Seems i don't have a choice anymore now than just to express my plight.
i,ve been waiting endlessly for PT notification of interest letter from Ontario,
submitted my EE profile July 1st, crs score 414, studied and working full-time in Ontario.
NOC 2171.
Celpip General - listening 12, reading 12, speaking 7, writing 7,

what do i do. so so confused now.
How long do i have to wait.

pls advice.

See if your Celpip score can be increased which will fetch you additional points, whike you wait for PT letter. From your score, it seems like you have a very good chance to get a better score in 2 low scoring sections...
