I have been selected on 15th Dec 2020 Targeted Tech draw. I would like to wait for EE draw as my score is 462.
If I dont accept the application, in the future will I get excluded from a similar Ontatio PNPs?

No you will not get picked for the same profile. You need to create a new profile and reenter the pool. EE score will never come down to 462 so you better go with oinp.
