I just want to know if I did my Masters form Ontario am I able to get PNP . Like is it easy to get it or not and also Does PNP Ontario Master Stream Give us 600 for Express Entry ?

you will get nomination from ontario if you did masters in ontario...check the requirements and guidelines here : http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPSTUDENTS_MASTERS.html
you will not get additional 600 points..
masters graduate stream is processed seperately then express entry
