Hello,
We have applied for PhD stream category on 23/12/2014.
But no process in this stream since December 1st.I have some questions please.
1-Can I apply to Ontario PNP and my application still in FSW2014?
2_If I got nominated I should apply to CIC ,but should I need to take IETS test.
