Hi, I will be thankful if someone answer me that is it possible for Students who got their master degree in an online program from an Ontario university to apply for Ontario Master's graduate stream?

No, of course not. You need to be physically in Ontario for a year to be eligible to apply.

Thanks for reply, Actually in my program classes are online but you need to be present in Ontario and have to complete a project/practicum. So in this case, do you think I still can't apply for Master's stream.
