Im a new commer to Canada i have question regarding driving licence in Ontario
So im from Poland, and there i have mine driving licence for over 5 years (without any accidents) and i want to apply for Ontario G licence, but my main worry is the VIsion test, i have +7 in my right eye, left is without any problems, so what are the chances for passing the eye vision test ? or maybe some one will be able to explain me how does that test works ?

Based on my experience at the Toronto (Service Ontario) location, the eye test is done using a microscope like thing in which they flash lights and ask you to read text with varying fonts. I believe you would need to go with the spectacles and they will possibly put a condition on your driving license card stating you have vision and would need specs to drive at all times (or something along those lines). You can only know the exact situation once you are there
Good luck!
