I was told by my agency that Ontario has stopped issuing Invitations until November 2016. With this we are left with only provincial nominee program which is open and currently accepting applications - Prince Edward Island. As this province is not heard much within the migration community, I am not sure if I should go ahead.
Secondly, I have noticed that jobs (full time and part time) are mostly in developed provinces like Ontario.

CSR Score is 370. I have taken IELTS - second attempt and waiting for results. My previous score in IELTS is 7.5.
I have checked about other provinces and unfortunately none are open and for couple of provinces I am not eligible. One of the province is exclusively open for IT professionals, second one requires employment offer from an employer or must have studied in the province or prior work experience.
The options are getting narrowed as I dig. I have spoken to the respective provincial immigration office but there is no positive result.
Regarding PEI - I am little worried as I haven't seen any job postings in the province when I have checked on LinkedIn, Workopolis etc. Also on Monster - I have seen lot of opportunities for sales, customer support but not for recruitment/HR.
Can you any one provide a contact from an employment agency or from employment services within immigration who can assist me.

I had applied for OINP in Dec 2015, received AOR yesterday - June 2016. They are taking really long, so best your friend can do is wait. Good luck and keep hope!
