Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream

Hi guys,

Now in theory I still am a canadian permanent resident but, because I havent lived there for many years,
I can not go back and have same rights as a PR card holder.

I would like to apply again, with my new wife as the main applicant under Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
What should I do so that I can apply with her and get again PR status?
Should I request for renewal of my PR card and then they will remove my curent PR status ?

Renouncing my PR status, will not prevent me to apply and ( if all conditions met) get the PR status again , will it ?

I mean , after renouncing my PR status , I will be treated as any other guy applying via Ontario s Express Entry and then
Federal Skilled Worker Program , right?
