Only one parent name appears in online CIC status check

Hi,

i applied for PGP sponsorship program for mother and father in May 2018. I've received the confirmation acknowledgement from CIC about application received today. When i check online CIC website by providing the application number given by CIC, it only shows my father's name. It does not show my mother's details.

Is it normal that one of the parent name appears (that might be the principal application on application??)?

Would appreciate the help.

it should show the PA details when you enter the application #.

Try the PA or dependent UCI #

Does PA means primary applicant?

PA means Principal Applicant
Dependant
A spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a permanent resident or principal applicant.
