Only 700 applications received for PGP 2017, 2nd Draw opens shortly

Due to the new lottery form does not collecting income and other requirements, as of mid June only 700 applications was submitted with 15% incomplete out of the 10,000 applications invited.

IRCC is planning to open a second draw out of the 85000 applications not invited this year for a 2nd chance.
