I have calculated my points based on all criteria, and I found that my total score is 65 (without language skill points).
Will it ok to give written submission to score remaining 2 points?
I am working as University - Lecturer and I hope that my written submission will definitely earn remaining 2 points to complete pass mark of 67.
Please advise.
Regards

Better to go for IELTS becuase if they are not satisfied with your written submission, they would not give u 2nd chance of providing IELTS later on.
Take IELTS to be on the safer side. You claim 65 points but VO might thing otherwise
