The current work permit processing time when applied from inside Canada is mentioned to be just 13 days on the official IRCC website for the paper application (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html). However, it is mentioned as 138 days for the online application. Are these the true average processing times ? Given such difference in the processing time, why do most people still prefer online over paper for work permit applications?
