We applied on last Nov. 5, and we received refusal letter last dec 15, however the letter is dated nov 10. How come they sent only after 40 daya. It doesn't make sense. By the way, we have three reasons why we have been refused: 1. Travel history - we only travel to asian countries(malaysia, India, china, hongkong and taiwan.) 2. Purpose of vist - we have been invited to conduct exploratory visit, Thus we have invitation letter. 3. Limited prospect of employment - I have job and i live in a progressive country wherein constructions and manufacturing companies are everywhere. Btw Im an engr. With more than 10 yrs of exp.
I don't know exactly what does it mean.
Please advise what to do since we are planning to re-apply. We dont have any additional documents. Hence we will apply with the same attachments.
Not technically - being invited doesn't really improve your chances of having your visa approved. It's still up to travel history and showing enough ties to home country -
