Applying for visitor visa and the question is related to the signature on the forms to be submitted online.
IMM5257 Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (required) -- is it recommended to physically sign and scan the document for uploading and for Family Information IMM5645 for online application do we need to take a print out write the names in native language and sign the same and then scan and upload.

may be that is because of CAN+ Programme i heard of.. first time visitor to canada but already visited to US quite a number of times...

I have submitted the below docs for my wife :
1. Her Employment Documents.
2. Pay Stubs for the past 12 months.
3. Past 1 year bank statement.
4. Her Affidavit mentioning, the Purpose of Visit
5. Confirmed Travel Tickets.
6. Affidavit from my father.
7. My Invitation Letter.
8. MY NOA for the past 5 years.
9. Proof of Funds - Both
10. Proof of Relationship - Trip Photos, etc.,
11. My Address Proof.
My wife's Spousal PR is already in process. So I have to prove dual intent.
Each case is different, we need to apply based on the situation.
Basically, we need to prove that the applicant isn't potential immigrant and leaves Canada before end of the visa.
