Can you apply online from Australia for a Tourist Visa ?Has anyone had problems loading forms into the online system. ?

my partner is a permanent resident of australia but travels at moment on a filipino passport Any help would be appreciated

i tried that link . we still could not upload the form .
In australia if its all successfull in the uploads of docs you have to pay on line then use VFS in sydney who charge fees as well to send your passport to for them to attach the visa to as far as I can work out . It just got all too hard and expensive and as we are 1000km away from sydney we would not get the visa in time as we fly out to USA on 3rd October .

So We will not be going to Canada . In my opinion its harder to get a visa for Canada than China or the USA
