Online test done but still in progress after 20+days!! Advice please !!

Hi there i have question please regarding the online test.
I finished my exam on sep 30 from outside canada, 22 days later and my test still says in progress on the tracker, is this normal or i need to contact cic? Anyone been through the same situation?

When did you submit your application? By online or paper?

For Sydney it seems a little slow. It's not one of the habitually slow offices. Did you write to their email (the same test invite email)? If not, you could try that. You can also try calling them if that's possible for you. If you don't get anything you can try gcms notes as well. May be webform also.

But I've seen a couple of cases in other offices where the test update was delayed but once they got the update (in 30 days or so), they got DM soon after so it could be that they're starting to merge test complete with DM. But it's just a specualtion at this point.

I think the problem is because you did it outside Canada. Reply to the email and let then know when you're likely to return to Canada and why you have traveled out of Canada. You may see completed after you've sent the email.

Taking the test outside Canada slows down the process.
