ONLINE STATUS OF APPLICATION- CEC

I have send my CEC application on 18th June 2013 and tracking by canadapost show it was recieved on 20th june 2013 and got signature of person who recieved it.
I just want to know how much time it will take to update status that appliaction is recieved.\
How i can check my status and i donot have last name on my passport.I tried to check several times but its showing nothing.
Please tell me proper steps how to track CEC application and time frame for status- appliaction recieved.
Please help me

Be patient and wait for another one and half month to receive AOR, Do not waste your time by checking it next day they receive your file. After you receive your AOR, sit quietly atleast for 6 months until you hear anything from them.
So please be patient.

Agreed. You gotta be patient.
Once they received your application, and if all goes well, you will get AOR in your email in about 6 weeks.
Once you get AOR, wait for a couple of days and you can check your status as "application received"
