I have a question regarding the online payment receipt.
The instruction guide says the following:
"Attach the bottom portion (copy 2) of this receipt to your completed application."
What is the bottom portion? it is just one page ... I don't see any portions. Can someone let me know what "bottom portion (copy 2)" is?

There is no bottom portion. Just make 2 copies of receipt; one for cic and one for you
