Will 100% online delivered classes starting January 2022 be counted towards PGWP?
Context:
My sister's program became online when Covid hit last 2020. She is planning to travel to Canada Jan 2022 even if her program will be 100% delivered online. (This is also what her school is saying : travel to Canada even if program is 100% online to ensure PGWP eligibility).
Source of confusion + reason why I'm asking my question is below:
As per this LINK, in-person classes moved to an online-only format due to Covid-19 will still count towards PGWP.
But as per this LINK and this LINK, if distance learning inside Canada makes up more than 50% of your study program, you would not be eligible for a PGWP. (Under "Distance learning")
Not really sure, which regulation would apply to my sis' case.
Further to my application for study in Canada, I hereby apply for scholarship to study master in management science in Canada university as well as working permit. I believe my request will be consider at the shortest possible time.

Confused if you are replying to me or Sunday? Just that the reply of Sunday is quite off topic
If it's my question you are answering, thanks! At this point, people have mixed opinions on this regulation.
