online bank statements needs attestation from bank again for trv application

I am applying for Canada tourist visa online application for me and my spouse from India
1.Do i require to attest again from the bank the downloaded e-statements send monthly by respective banks
2. I am sponsoring my spouse & showing my proof of finance as my saving etc.Do i need to show my spouse bank statement and other investments too?

If you can do that, it would be good. It really adds authenticity of the documents.. else you can submit the downloaded statements as well.

1. More documentation is always better, however online statements should suffice in most of the cases.
2. When applying as a family, providing only one person's assets (assuming they suffice for both of you) is ok. The proof provided is subjective in nature to help vo make a determination of how likely a tourist/temporary resident are you going to be . If your assets are on borderline, include both assets.
