do online applications get processed in canada(as per my consultant says) or in India. i applied on (31st march) and got nothing till now. my course is commencing on 4th of may and still no news of visa... really terrified at these cic people :-[

Online applications pass through different offices from Canada to India. But the final decision will be made in India.

if we apply online application from india then where file to be processed???
suppouse if i apply online from punjab then where my file process its is in chandigarh or delhi ??
