Online Application

Hi Guys,

I am having hard time to upload the IMM5708 in the online application. I already checked the file size which is good. Its always giving me this note

" Your answer is incomplete. Provide the necessary information below to continue.

We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later."

Is there anybody having the same problem. Need some advice.

Hey, I am having the exact same problem. Really need to get this sorted today, as my work permit expires tonight. I actually tried to go to the border yesterday so I could re-enter Canada as a tourist but they told me to apply for an extension of temporary residence. Don't really want to be out of status or have to pay an extra $200 to restore my status.

I got the same issue today, was not able to figure out with spending a lot of time.

I experienced the same problem while I applying. However, the problem was with the system. Once I received the message, I returned to submitting the application about an 1hr later and it was rectified by itself.
