Online Application Refused, additional medical required ?

Hello,

I applied for study permit online for 2 year post graduate diploma
I got email for additional medical tests on 2/feb/2017 then got email from cic that my application has been refused on 4/feb/2017 because of other reasons.
Reached for additional medical, additional test are done and result/reports will be available after 11/april/2017 (after 65 day).
Is it possible if i will apply non-spp now with this medical before the report is available (i know i have no problem with my health and results will be negative) for may 2017 intake? will they consider my case with the give medical form and wait for results to reach a decision.
or i will wait for medical report and apply for September intake ??????

1. It doesn't make sense to use the same medical again. Better if you get a new one.
2. There must be a 'substantial change' in your profile before you re-apply so quick, otherwise expect another refusal.
