Online Application for Study Permit

Hi Guys,

I need some help here. I am applying for study permit and I have pretty much gathered all the documents required to put in an online application. But I am not sure how to proceed with the application form IMM1294. When filling this form it says you do not need to sign it if you are submitting your application online. Does this mean I just need to upload this document when I am true with filling it online? or do I still have to print it out , scan it and then upload it?

For those of you guys who made ur application online. Please advise.

Fill in and just type ur name and date in the column.

no need to print and all that.

later they will take digital signature.

just upload required once ur done filling.

Hope ur attaching schedule 1 too if u need visa.

Hi guys, I want to apply for study permit online from Pakistan as well, to start my masters in September 2014 session.
Can anyone here please guide me how to do it ?
1) What is the question one UCI ? Do I have to leave it blank.
2) Is there a limited number of documents that can be uploaded or I can upload unlimited documents as much as I want ?
3) In question for languages my native language is not English, so what shall I write in part b of it ?
4) It ask for tuition fees, room and board and other. Do I have to mention it as per one year/annually or for the whole masters ?
5) For education is says give full details of your highest level of post secondary education, I have done MBA from England but my masters is engineering based for which I got acceptance from Canada is purely based on my bachelors engineering degree and my job experience. So i want to mention my Bachelors as well. Is it possible to fill details of both the degrees online on the form ? if yes then how.
6) Can I upload few documents later at the time of processing or all the documents I have to upload at one time before paying the visa and bio metric fees ?

1) uci is unique client identification guess. If this is first time applying for any sort of canadian visa then leave it blank.
2) there is limited slots. U can combine all ur docs into one pdf ans upload with ur letter of intent.
3. choose from the drop down or mention It in the tab.
4. Total tution and lodging for the whole program.
5.keep it same what u mentioned at the time of admission to uni.
6. Once u apply for ur visa, you wknt be able to amend anything.

I have showed both of my previous degrees to get admission from Canada. I can't hide my masters as there is a visa of U.K on my passport. The thing is, they ask for your highest level of education so if I give details of my previous Masters then it would be irrelevant to my chosen program I intent to do. So I am really confused how to do it ? Give suggestions please.

you can always do a second masters. they wont stop you from that.

Its a full Masters program, Engineering based with a project approval from the supervisor as well but that's not mention in my acceptance letter .
