I applied for the temporary visit for study permit in Canada. It has been approved since last week but I haven't received letter regarding the instructions of sending passport in for visa stamp. Its been a week I haven't got anything in mycic account neither mail. I called them so many times but because of heavy calls they are unable to transfer the calls to the operator for further information. Should I wait or visit the office?
where are you from?
and how come you know that your visa has been approved?
I am living in Canada. I had already had study permit but it was single entry so I applied to get the multiple entry. I check on mycic account that my application has been approved on 12th July. It says that I will receive the letter in my account but I haven't received anything yet.
