what does this mean ?

"have completed at least half of their studies in Canada"

if i have completed my degree in India and do a 2 years diploma in Toronto i am not eligible for onip under international graduate?

please advice asap.

Hello,

if it is 4 year program, you studied at least 2 years in canada. if you have 2 year program and completed it in canada you are ok

okay so i have already completed my bachelors in India which is 3.5 years and if i do a 2 years diploma in canada i will be okay for onip.is that right?
