I cant get the PCC from Dubai becacuse One of my rival have filed false a case againt me, before leaving the country i got the PCC from dubai, and if i want a new one I have to go back to UAE and face the case first.
now my question is what the expert think about this matter that I submitted my complete documents to CIC London in October and recieved a new file no. on 16th OCT. i have also attached a PCC which i recieved from Dubai last year when i left the country.
what do the experts think about my case, will they accept the one i send ? by the way i start the processing from qatar and already attached the PCC from qatar and from India.

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and everyone in your family who is 18 years of age or over need to obtain a police certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application.
If the original certificate is neither in English nor in French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator with your application.

Hmm, What does the sentence in red (above) mean and imply? Can someone amongst you explain that in simple and plain English? I think, after the explanation, the answer with regards to the validity of a PCC will become clear.
