Could anybody please suggest some public Universities/Colleges offering one year course based MS in Electrical (Power/Telecommunication) Engineering. My priority is low fee not the ranking of the Institute. I would highly appreciate a positive response. Thanks.

try for uRegina. Completing MEng in 1 year completely depends on you. Generally, you have to complete around 8 to 10 courses so if you can take like 5 courses in full semesters and 1 or 2 in summer, then you are good to go!
