One year diploma ( digital marketing ) need advice

Good day all,
iam a professional fashion designer and a digital marketing manager with 2years of experience
kindly suggest me whether is better to enter canada as a student for one year pg diploma or
come there under skilled worker catagory get PR and apply for a diploma course
which cities there i can find a job in digital marketing
